1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday, excluding holidays after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will generally be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers:

  • Currently, we primarily ship within the contiguous United States.

  • We are working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to other regions in the future. Please check our website for updates on shipping destinations.

  • We do not currently ship to [PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses] for certain shipping methods or order types. Please refer to the available options at checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get estimated delivery updates.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Sur Coffee. Factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays can affect delivery times.

  • For residential deliveries, the carrier may leave the package at a secure location if no one is available to receive it. Please refer to the carrier's tracking information and policies for specific delivery procedures.

  • For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

7. Shipping of Coffee & Food Items:

  • Coffee: Our freshly roasted coffee beans are typically shipped in airtight packaging to maintain their quality and flavor.

  • Food Items (if applicable for shipping): If we offer shippable food items, they will be carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. This may include insulated packaging and cooling elements for perishable items. Please note that shipping options for food items may be limited based on your location and the nature of the product.

8. Shipping of Swag Clothing & Accessories:

  • Our clothing and accessories are carefully packaged to protect them during shipping.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages:
